The second ID does not need to be a photo ID unless otherwise specified. (The second ID typically includes but is not limited to: Credit Card, Store-Issued Credit Card, Only Visa and Mastercard endorsed Debit Cards - all signed and unexpired, Hunting or Fishing License, Pistol or Firearms Permit, Medicare or Medicaid ID Card, Veteran's Universal Access and Identification Card with photo issued to certain patients receiving care and services at Veteran Affairs healthcare facilities, and a Certified Birth Certificate with raised seal. The second ID does not need to be a photo ID. The Financing Office can further define identification options upon request.
